We are BWC.Technology (Bartosz Warniełło Consulting) and we respect your privacy and especially your personal data, but sometimes if you want to cooperate with us or ask us a question, we will need personal information from you. This Privacy Policy applies to our website: https://bwc.technology/ (called later the “Website”) and the services that we offer (the “Services”). All your personal data are treated in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (called later the “Relevant Legislation”).

- participate in any promotions, voluntarily complete surveys, and provide feedback.

Personal Information – any information that you voluntarily submit to us and that identifies you personally, including contact information, such as your name, email address, company name, job title, phone number, Skype ID, and other information about yourself or your business. Personal Information can also include information about you that is available on the Internet, such as from Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google, or publicly available information that we acquire from service providers according to the Relevant Legislation.

BWC.Technology and its services are not intended or targeted at children under 16, and we do not knowingly or intentionally collect information about children under 16. If you believe that we have collected information about a child under 16, please contact us at dataprotection@bwc.technology, so that we may delete the information.

Certain information is required to provide services to you, that’s why when you choose to share the information with us, we collect and use it solely to operate our services.
Below you can find the examples of how we use the information you share with us along with the purpose and the legal basis we rely on for such usage.
3.1 Contract
Processing of your Personal Information is necessary for us to administer the contractual relationship between ourselves and the Approved Contractors in connection with the performance of the legally binding contract.
3.2 Legitimate interests
If you are an existing Customer of BWC.Technology, or contact either BWC.Technology or any Approved Contractor with regard to software development, design, project management, testing, and diagnostics or other professional services they provide, we would like to contact you about our services & special offers, as well as remote work and teamwork content that may be of interest to you, and process your personal information to make sure we send you only relevant, targeted information. You can opt-out of this at any time.
3.3 Marketing consent
If you want to send us a filled contact form, we will ask for your consent to process your Personal Information in order to send you marketing materials. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
We will usually ask for your consent in the form of a tick box or when you share with us your email address expressly to subscribe to our updates.
